Account locked problem

Hello, I changed my email address a while ago and since then I’ve been locked out of my account, it come up saying you need to verify the email but the email to verify doesn’t arrive.
I went on BA help and the said it’s an IT issue that they are looking to fix but don’t know when!
I can log into the app but anything that involves going to the website for I can’t do.
Has anyone had anything similar and how have you resolved it?

Following as OH’s account is locked out of everything. She phoned BA who at first treated her like she was an idiot who didn’t know her password. Finally they emailed somebody who then told her to try a password reset. This didn’t work.
I’d love to know how to actually resolve this. She never flies without me so I can at least check her in, etc but it’s damned annoying.
