Hello all . I’m still new to this.
I have a CX flight booked out of Manchester to Hong Kong on the 14th Nov 24 .

I now Have 84k avios , and 2 upgrade vouchers i’m looking to get a return with, My question is is it worth waiting a few months to see if a business flight becomes available on the 21st for the return leg? Or is there a way of booking an economy and then upgrading later ?

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to use the upgrade vouchers on the return leg as they can only be used for flights departing from the UK, and must be on BA metal.

You could set an alert on SeatSpy to see if BA seats from LHR appear, however you may not have enough avios as you have to pay the maximum avios with the upgrade voucher.
