I flew MAN-ORD via DUB on the outbound back in November. I flew home via LHR. Whole lot booked through BA using a voucher from a covid cancelled trip (actually twice cancelled!). The tier points and Avios have credited fine for the BA operated legs, but not the EI operated legs. The ‘my trip’ section of BA’s website showed 125 tier points which I thought a little odd (should have been 90 for ORD-LHR in WT+ and 10 for LHR-MAN)- I didn’t think that EI operated flights got tier points even if booked through BA – but I should certainly have got Avios points for those two legs. They’re not showing at all on the time line of Avios transactions on My Executive Club and BA aren’t responding to the emails/tweets I’ve sent.
Anyone got any ideas?
Frustratingly, if BA were to give me the tier points they initially said they would (125) then I’d make Bronze this year easily, but I’m currently at 220 points and my next trip to LAX is looking pricey on BA/AA compared to going via CPH on SAS!
No tier points but you are due Avios (unless the Lingus leg had a BA flight code in which case you’d be due tier points IIRC).
Did you complete the ‘missing Avios and tier points’ form on ba.com?
I had BA flight numbers, yeah. The slight issue is that for some reason they re-used the booking code from a previous cancelled flight to use the flight credit, and that booking code is still showing the flight I had booked to NYC as a ‘previous flight’ in the Exec club pages on BA.com. They also never sent me a proper confirmation email- it all showed up fine on BA.com when I put in the booking code, but I never got an email with the ticket number which is what the missing avios form was asking for.
I will try emailing them again but I’m not holding out much hope!
