Aer Lingus flight booked through BAEC

Hi all, due to go to MAN-NYC early next month on an aer Lingus flight booked with a 2-4-1 voucher. Has anybody done this and if so, can you confirm whether I’ll be able to select seats in advance (for additional cost or otherwise)? When we flew in business with BA in December we could, however it says some of the options online to manage this booking are unavailable online.
