Aer Lingus Regional / Emerald Airlines booking issue

Hello,

Trying to book a flight on the BA for a Emerald Airlines from Birmingham, it is not showing on the BA app and when I call the gold line they cant quote a price?

I booked this flight with no issue last year with the app, I know you don’t get tier points but I used the lounge at Belfast City Airport on return.

Any idea what’s going on?

Not sure if its related but LPL – DUB emerald airlines is never available on avios.com whilst MAN – DUB on emerald airlines is, seems some issues related to the routes served only by emerald airlines?

Update..

So I contacted BA via twitter and was told it had been logged to the faults team.. I took this with a huge pinch of salt..

But hey presto… I can now book flights..
