Forums Frequent flyer programs British Airways Executive Club Aer Lingus reward flight availability

When I booked my current trip, I am pretty sure I used the normal reward flight availability search on ba.com to find the seats on direct Aer Lingus flights from Manchester to Orlando. I am now looking at September 2025 and all ba.com searches are directing me via London on BA metal, despite the direct Aer Lingus flights being available for cash. It won’t bring up any availability for any month. Am I mistaken about the route to book Aer Lingus reward seats using a 241? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Probably just aren’t available on Avios. I’ve just booked a MAN-MCO on Aer Lingus using Avios via BA. It was Economy though. I believe Business is hard to get hold of.

EI releases significantly less reward inventory than BA and very few in business class.

Just because there are cash tickets on sale does not mean there will be reward seats.
