Took out the card just under 3 months ago when 40k bonus was running for 6k spend in 3 months.
Amex put the card under review after a few weeks, it was frozen for around 1 month.
Went on to chat to ask them to extend time for bonus spend and the rep said I have till October, 6 months from when card was taken out?
Anyone have experience in this? No longer a bar to see for yourself and dont know if to trust the rep.Well, if it’s there in chat, then you’ve got a valid reason to be chasing them up if you don’t get the points once you hit the thresholds.
