I’m load shifting well over 90% of electricity usage to the low rate and exporting as much as I can. My electricity usage for the last six weeks is £21 taking into account export and that includes the quite frankly ridiculous standing charge!

We are doing much the same here, with solar panels and battery storage. Apart from the £2 a month D/D, we have not had to pay Octopus anything since the end of May, and that was only £6.
That is for both electricity + gas, and includes that standing charges, Which, as you say, have become ridiculous, and are, effectively, a way of transferring cash from the poor to the rich.

Switched to E.On a few months ago for the 7 hours of cheap rate electricity, works much better with my battery storage system. Sufficed to say the service has been shocking, combine the £100 goodwill gesture, £50 for being referred, £60 for referring someone else and that the 16.5p/kWh SEG my electricity will probably be free for over 6 months this year!
