About 1-2 months left to my Amex Business Gold – account manager called to see how I was doing. Very well I said. When I broached the subject of offers for renewing another year, was informed its a no no for the business card “we have to treat everybody equally”.
Dear HfP’ers, have you received a retention offer for the Business card? What was it and Gold or Platinum? Just curious.
I’ve had a couple of years free and this one at a hefty discount. Never been offered any of the points-based incentives the personal card holders get. (Gold)
