I have the BA Amex Premier Plus and my wife is the supp. card holder.

Can she apply for her own card and then add me as a supp. on it as well? So we would each have the same card and be the supp. card holder on each others?

Yes, no problem with that.

I’d not request the supp card when you apply. Do it after to get a bonus.
