Have this offer on my Platinum card added yesterday. Is this replacement of Gloabl and Local Dining credit beyond December 2024?

Bought drinks at Brighton FC’s ground back in October after saving this offer to my account. No cashback.

Amex is increasingly not delivering on cashback I find, and increasingly poor in resolving it.

Worked for meat the O2 in London on Saturday. The staff said they weren’t deducting 10% on request at the till but instead people had to enroll in this offer. I had already enrolled prior to Saturday. There were qr codes on the bar to enroll in this offer (which my phone wouldn’t scan at all). Then I went in my offers and saw I had already enrolled. However my guess it the qr code was filthy and wouldn’t scan

6 weeks in, I received dining credit but no 20% cashback and now the restaurant I used is gone from AMEX dining credit webpage.

Hubby spent at Mandarin Oriental London (Rosebery) and got 20% back even though the venue is not listed on the website. Unless it’s another offer and we can’t work out which one!
