Hello, can you book a flight using an AMEX 241 ‘economy’ voucher and then upgrade it using Barclaycard upgrade vouchers? Thanks.

I don’t think the Barclays voucher upgrades a flight as such.
You need reward availability in the cabin you are after (WT+ or CE/CW) and pay the Avios cost of the cabin below.
