Just looking at booking a hotel through FHR on Amex and am wondering what a property credit entails? Dining credit and spa credits are obvious, but I can’t find any info on the property one. I am new to Platinum and have not used FHR to book hotels before. Many Thanks.
Hi, just returned from hotel in cologne and the credit was just deducted from hotel bill. Mainly spent on drink but the hotel was fully aware of the deal with Amex. Worked out well was a good deal
It usually covers all hotel F&B and spa charges but usually excludes service charges and deffo not additional tips
