“Offer only applies to spend settled in Great British Pound (GBP) on the Card to which the offer is saved.”

When the cards gets charged in EUR, would credit generally won’t applied?

I think I remember seeing this on the Hyatt £100 off £250 offer on my Plat but it didnt make sense because 95% of the countries which are eligible are in Europe.

It means that the value settled in GBP on your card statement needs to meet the offer value.

Is the same for the £150 fine in offer on foreign restaurant

Some silly term that makes no sense when Amex only lets you charge in local currency (thank god no DCC scams) and there are eligible properties all over Europe
