Amex Offers – double dip with supplementary card?

Hi all,

Just wanted to check whether you’ve been able to save and redeem the same Amex offer on the primary and supplementary card?
If you save the same offer, can it only be used once per account?

You can if the offer is available on both cards which it isn’t necessarily. The primary/supplementary cardholders each need to save the offer separately in their respective apps, assuming it’s there to save. Some ongoing offers, eg Dining and HN offers on the Plat card or Deliveroo on PRG are only available on the primary card.

Note that on the PDF statement the offer rebates aren’t usually split out as they are with spend.

If an offer is saved on a particular card, using the other card won’t trigger it whereas spend on a supplementary card does count towards SUBs.
