Amex Plat – Radisson Rewards downgrade to Club

Has anyone else experienced being downgraded from Premium to Club with Radisson Rewards recently?

I’ve tried calling their customer service twice, and they explained the downgrade was due to not having enough stays to maintain Premium status. I mentioned that I have a screenshot from my Amex Platinum account, which shows that I should still have Premium (aka Gold) status. They suggested I email them, so I did to the email address they benefits, attaching the screenshot and a link to the Amex Platinum benefits page. Unfortunately, I’ve only received bounce-back messages.

Has anyone dealt with this, or does anyone know the best way to get this sorted? Any advice on who to contact or how to handle this would be greatly appreciated.
