How soon after you applied did you receive the card.
Also I am travelling soon, can I access priority pass beforehand i.e. before receiving physical card using the app access?
What details do I need to provide to PP customer service?

I received my plat card in 3 days. The lounge wasn’t interested in the plat card for entry but through the app chat I had the PP number sent within minutes and gained entry that way.

Unless the lounge was Plaza Premium, the plat card itself wouldn’t gain you entry. You’d need the PP digital or physical card.

I’m in a rural area but, if I remember correctly, my Plat came within 5 days.

In regards to the lounge access, as stated, the most lounges will require the PP card with the exception of some lounges such as Plaza Premium and centurion lounges.

I applied for Platinum late Sunday 20th March.
The card and welcome pack arrived Wednesday 23rd.
The PP application was done automatically by AX and processed by PP 23rd March.
PP arrived 28th March.
