I am interested in buying from Dell.com as having the Amex cashback offer. However the laptop is far more expensive on their website than at other online shops.
They do however offer a pricematch guarantee.Does anyone know how exactly that works and if it applies to everything bought on the website?
You should be able to use the chat to request the price match. They’ll ask for the evidence and then process at the lower price manually for you over the chat IIRC.
I’ve price matched things like headphones before, but laptops are more complicated because it’s supposed to be the exact same SKU which it often isn’t.
