Amex Platinum Dining in Singapore

We’re off to Singapore this November and have been looking at the options for Singapore Amex platinum dining credit. Can’t seem to make a decision. Any suggestions? Happy for it to go over the £150 credit but not by a long way. Thought I’d see what suggestions HfPers had?

Used mine in the Tiffin Room at Raffles, which was pretty good.

We used it at Basilico as we were staying at the Conrad Singapore Orchard. Do NOT do this… 😂
