Hi, I recently took out a Plat card to take advantage of the 60,000 points when spending £6k in 6 months. I had nearly reached the target and now the fee of £575 has been added to the account. The progress line when I log in now has disappeared, suggesting that I’ve reached the target so is the fee included in the £6k spend? But the 60,000 points haven’t been added yet?
The fee is not included
The progress bar disappears and reappears regularly with no relation to how near the spend target you are! As Rui says, the fee doesn’t count towards it.
