Amex Platinum Increased 60,0000 Sign up Bonus

I’m sure this has been asked before, but based on historical sign up bonus offers on the Amex Platinum card, when likely would the next increased 60,000 SUB offer be?
Are these offers typically annual?

Assuming you get one – don’t think you can just ask for one after just taking out the card surely?
