Amex Platinum Lounge Pre-Booking for 4 People

Hi everyone, I’m trying to figure out how the Amex Platinum lounge pre-booking works for cardholders bringing guests. My partner and I both have Platinum cards, and we’re planning to take two friends with us, so four people in total. Since each cardholder can typically bring one guest, would it be possible for me to use my pre-booking credits to reserve for all four of us, or would each cardholder need to pre-book separately for two people (myself + one guest, and my partner + one guest) to cover everyone? Would recommend you doing a pre-booking for 2 on each card to be on the safe side

I don’t even think these pre-bookings give you a table, as you’re just paying to make sure you get in.

Nope no reserved table just guaranteed entry.

The card is still physically scanned so not sure you need to prebook 2 on each card rather than 4 on the one.
