Amex points to Virgin Flying Club

I wanted to do a small transfer from Amex Reward points to Virgin so I have 115,000 points in case the cruise offer comes back next year….Accounts linked and I did last Saturday……Points not arrived. How long does the transfer normally take.

Did same from linked Amex account a couple of weeks ago, completed pretty much instantly.

Had to sign out of flying club and back in again for it to show.

If it’s your first transfer to a scheme, it can take a little longer. Call Amex and see if they can kick it for you.
