Just tried to book flights for 2 to New York using the Amex premium plus voucher. Found off peak availability in business but I’m being quoted 180,000 miles plus £2059 in taxes. This isnt correct is it?
No – you should get a range of options with cash element starting at £350 pp on a return flight. Try a different browser or leave it a bit then try again.

I am assuming you are using a new-style voucher, but even with one of the old ones this doesn’t sound right.

Happened to me as well today. New RFS pricing not being shown in Chrome, switched to another browser and I can see it now.

Thanks for all the replies, changed to Edge and correct price shows. Don’t know hwtas happening with Chrome!
