It states in some of the credit catd reviews on HFP that Amex is stopping pro-rata refunds in late 2024. Has a date yet been set by amex for this? If not, what is the minimum amount of notice time they have to give?

Amex doesn’t have to give you any notice as it’s already in the terms that you have agreed that there are no pro-rata refunds.
