I apologise if this has been discussed before but the HfP search function doesn’t seem to be working for me.

I just made a Purchase Protection Claim through Chubb after a package was stolen from outside our home.
I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with PP Claims and would be willing to give me any insights as to how it went, how long it took and what the final outcome was.

Works seamlessly if all the required documentation is submitted in order. Usually takes about 7/10 working days for them to send a confirmation email that the claim has been processed successfully. I’ve had to use it multiple times over the last decade – only one rejected claim and rightly so.
