Amex Restaurant Credit – Paris recommendations

Hi, have had a look through the forums via the search functionality but nothing coming back. Wondered if anyone has specific restaurant recommendations for Paris as looking to do a quick one night trip there before the end of the year specifically to use the £150 credit. The list of available restaurants in Paris is huge so hard to narrow anything down! TIA

I would head for Drouant, classic Paris and just excellent.
