    After a bit of advice or if anyone has had similar experiences before making contact with BA again.

    I booked a companion voucher reward flight using Avios (business class). A few days passed and I was contacted by AMEX about a suspicious charge on my credit card. £700 BA (reward flight cost) and £2500 BA (unknown) both on the same day, explain the £700 was me and did not know about the other. AMEX sorted it and removed it from my credit card.

    A few days had passed an I noticed that my Avios points had been refunded and that my companion voucher was now back in my account, about a week last the £700 was also refunded to my credit card. I am at no loss financially but have no way of knowing what my tickets mean to me.

    I have looked on BA and there is no business class flights now available over the weekends these were booked, so can’t just re-book.

    My executive club account still shows my tickets for both legs of the flights, there is no details to say they can’t be used. I am still able to book seats for these flights and its lets me pay for the seat reservation. I had spoke to BA once and they said they can’t re-charge the amount (Avios,cash,voucher) to me again, which in my mind would be easiest.

    If I just turn up to the airport what will happen? Or a call to BA should they deduct the set amount from my account? Or will a cancellation of these tickets make them re-appear bookable?

    Any suggestions ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

    Do the tickets start with a 125- number in your account or do they not have a number? You’re definitely better off sending a message to BA (Twitter is usually fastest) with this one.

    Yes by the looks of it the tickets do start with 125, what does this means? Is it relevant? Okay I will give messaging BA on twitter a go and see what happens. Thanks
