Amex Tier Points promo

Has anyone heard any rumours of if they are going to offer this promo again this year? It was around this time last year they started it.
I’ve got a few big spends I’m putting off in case.

It’s possible that it hasn’t yet reappeared as we are now in the later stages of tier point year alignment. Many people might not be interested in the promotion at this moment.

There is a suggestion that BA will soon be moving to cash based tier point earning which could also affect the timing.
