Forums Hotel loyalty schemes Radisson Rewards Any member benefits if booking via hotels.com ?

Looking to stay at the Trysil resort next winter but booking via hotels.com gives us the option to pay on arrival with free cancellation 48 hours before check-in.

As a result, we’re not going to book direct on the Radisson website.

Does anyone know if this means we wouldn’t be eligible for the Radisson Rewards member benefit of discount on food/drinks.

With Norway being very expensive to eat/drink, anything to get the price down would be welcome !

Also, does anyone know what the discount on food/drink is ?

    Thanks.

Making a booking anywhere but directly with the hotel themselves automatically makes you ineligible for any of the hotel’s own loyalty program benefits, if you do manage to get them to apply it on top along with the room you booked with other than themselves, it’s solely down to being lucky that the hotel does it as gesture of goodwill, and definitely not guaranteed

Food discount is 10% for basic and premium members, 15% for VIP members. https://www.headforpoints.com/2024/02/10/review-radisson-rewards-hotel-loyalty-scheme/
