Any recommendations for lounges at T3, flying First

Last time I was here I remember the BA lounge being poor and over-crowded.

BA now has a ‘mini Concorde’ area in the first lounge in T3, so probably won’t be overcrowded

Did a lounge crawl last week, Cathay was our favorite. I’m fairly sure i saw showers.
