Avios bookings earn Tier Points?

Hello hope you can help with a quick question. If I book flights using RFS using the fewest avios and most cash do I still get Tier Points? Thanks

These are still avios bookings

If you want TPs then look at buying a cash fare then reduce the cost using avios.
