Avios flights question

It’s probably quicker to ask here than Google. If I book a BA Avios flight, is it possible to easily change it (assuming there are Avios seats available on the new date) and is there a fee?

You can cancel for £35 and book the new flight.

If you have enough avios just book the other flight and cancel the previous one.

Over the phone they can sort of do the “change” for you but you still pay the £35 (or if you paid less than £35 for your ticket then just that).
