Due to sickness we had to cancel a 3 room, 4 night Avios hotel booking. This was non-refundable and we’ll claim the £ on travel insurance. Anyone know if we will still get the 10 Avios/£ credited 35 days after checkin date – or are these lost with the cancellation?
