Hi all,
I’m awaiting a compensation claim for a cancelled flight and then subsequently downgraded on a following one from business to economy. It’s now April and I keep just getting monthly generic emails from Ba saying we are busy and will reply eventually. Any tips on where I can turn to now or how I can escalate it?
Thank you
Indeed – there’s a long thread on flight cancellations under this forum heading, it’s got loads of useful information on your options and how to go about exercising them.
You can take it to CEDR, and frankly there’s nothing to be lost by doing so at the 8 week mark after submitting your claim.
CEDR is the only thing that really seems to get BA moving, even if it’s suffering from its own delays too at the moment.
