BA Amex Avios refund to wrong member of household account

July 2022 refund of avios points were refunded to the wrong member of my household account and I have only just noticed. The phone line always states that my call cannot be taken and I am struggling to deal with this on their site.
Any suggestions for help would be most welcome to this very senior member.

Does it matter?
As you say, you are in a HHA. Any Avios you spend are taken pro-rata from both accounts. Whilst it may be annoying to see ‘your’ Avios in someone else’s account, as long as the HHA isn’t broken up it makes absolutely no difference to anything.
Well I realise that of course and normally wouldn’t be bothered. I am talking about 32000 avios and I don’t want to pay for BA error, to transfer them!
Yes it does matter in our private circumstances.
