BA Amex PP offers 60,000 Avios again as a welcome bonus

I just noticed on my British Airways portal that you can get 60,000 Avios again as a welcome bonus if you get BA Amex PP and spend only £3k in the first three months.

Unfortunately, I already got the card last year when they offered it, I think for £5k, so this is a great offer!

I have the Platinum Credit Card and got this offer as well. The wording seems quite clear that I should be able to get the welcome offer given I never held a BA Amex card in the past, right?
