BA Amex Premium Plus – does the supplementary card contribute towards my Avios?

Just recently got my Premium Plus card with the offer of spending £3k in 3 months to get the 70k Avios points. Thinking of getting a supplementary card for my partner too, does her spending contribute towards my £3k target? What about for the ‘spend £10k in 12 months for the 2 for 1 voucher’, would it contribute towards that too?
