BA Best Price Guarantee and using evoucher

Does anyone know if using an e-voucher to partially pay for flights excludes the booking from BA’s Best Price Guarantee?

I’ve made a booking using an e-voucher, and paid the rest of the balance using my credit card. I’ve submitted a claim but it was rejected. Would be great to hear from others’ experiences
