Ba Blue to BAPP upgrade anniversary date?

Hi, can someone confirm what happens to the card anniversary when upgrading to BAPP from ba blue? I’m not at all bothered about keeping my minimal spend towards the 10K target, but maintaining my existing card anniversary date is important to me. The recent changes have made a BAPP more interesting, but having an anniversary date of dec/jan would be a slight pain in triggering a 2nd voucher for family of 4 travel.

Account year stays the same. Card number stays the same. Old card works as BAPP until the new card arrives and is activated.
