Just a quick alert – several family members (2) were taken ill having eaten the Katsu Curry in business from LGW this week – on 2 different flights – same Katsu Curry choice – thought I would mention – BA are being alerted but given they haven’t responded to my last complaint 7 weeks ago nor to the complaint about the lack of the complaint response ! I thought I would drop this out anyway in case anyone wants to avoid this choice !
Is it 2 or several? “2” isn’t “several”.
Did they eat anything else in common in 3 days before becoming ill?
Have you spoken to Environmental Health in Crawley?
Why do you think it’s the Katsu Curry? Is there nothing else they’ve shared in common? Sitting at the same table in the lounge? Driving in the same car? Handling the same trolley?
