I’m getting ‘Error 403: you do not have permission to proceed further’ on BA.com and BAEC today, across different browsers and devices. Have cleared cache, restarted, etc. but no change so far.
I guess it’s just another BA IT problem but I need to book my 241 return leg soon and I’m also worried about Avios theft recently too (my son had his small balance stolen this month).
Is anyone else having problems today?
it’s not just you, it’s falling over all the time for me at the moment. I managed to make a quick transaction through BA Shopping a few hours ago, gone back to do more and no luck. Tues and Wed I couldn’t get in at all. Maybe it’s because they are upgrading the site?
It must be very frustrating if you are trying to book a flight.
A different browser or clearing the browser cache usually works with that error.
Both my wife and I have had this issue for days. She is in Belfast and I am currently in London. Works one minute then then error message later. Clearing cache and cookies doesn’t seem to rectify the fault! Of course trying to talk with a human at BA is harder than winning the lottery

It seems to be related to the source network. I’m currently on public WiFi at an exhibition centre and getting the same problems. If I VPN to home so my traffic is coming from my home network the problem goes away.
