Yes, you can do that no problem except you need to call BA to book as it can’t currently be booked online. The mix of BA RFS with an IB flight can cause the taxes to go a bit haywire and in any event, if you book this all on one ticket, you may not get the benefit of the no surcharges from Brazil rules.
Book outward online and return separately with full avios and call in for the 241 voucher to be applied and half return avios refunded. Two pnr’s and preserved the lower return taxes
