    I filled in a complaint form online and sent it..
    Do I receive confirmation via email that they have the complaint or do I just assume they have the complaint ?

    It’s a bit hit and miss. I take a screenshot of the confirmation page at the end of the process!

    I’ve always had an email but not always instantaneously and even then they can go to spam.

    I would avoid rushing to resend it because duplicates just clog the system up and delay the processing of them.

    I think phone agents can trace them via your email / exec club number so I d call tomorrow first before resubmitting.
