    Back in March shortly after they reintroduced Avios back via estore Hilton were offering 6 Avios per £, this was reduced in June(ish) for Diamond members to 1 A/£. Spend about £1200 on hotels before June expecting at least 6k Avios – still nothing. Anyone else had experience of this, I remember reading somewhere on here that Hilton are notoriously bad at posting points. Since it went down to 1A/£ I switched to TCP as its the same rate and actually tracks. Cheers

    My booking in March via eStore for a June stay didn’t initially track, so I had to file a missing-Avios claim in July a few weeks after I completed the stay. I’ve had 7800 Avios listed as pending since. In T&Cs though it says Avios will be awarded between 90-120 days after the stay, so think I’m just entering this window now and hoping they will come through any day.

    Same here. July stay tracked but never appeared in pending. Numerous emails and now it shows as pending. Due 5900 points so worth persevering I think.

    I’ve had multiple Hilton stays declined across all the rebate and extra point platforms. I’ve got one for next April that was declined two weeks after I booked it.

    I have a 5% success rate of getting paid with Hilton. If they track >50% pay, but most just don’t track.

    Interestingly I note that the transactions which tracked were all with a Hilton account under the same name that the BA account is under, while when e.g. my wife was logged into BA but I used my Hilton account, these never tracked.

    I do have a 100% success rate with the Hilton Amex offer though.

    Thanks all for the data. I too have ad 100% success with the Amex offer and just missed the window for the last May 31st cut off with my June Stays unfortunately. All my March / April stays were also on same Amex in my name so will pop in a missing points claim in that case. i will update here when I get something back from BA.
