-
I have family visiting the UK from the USA in about two weeks. Problem is one of the travelling individuals is still waiting for his passport to be renewed, which is taking months at the moment over in the states. BA said he can change his flight, at a small cost of course, however he would have to change to a date within 65 days of original departure date. This sounds bizarre to me. I’ve never come across that rule before. Surely if you are paying a fee to change the flight date you should be free to choose from any date within say 365 days of original departure date, no? Has anyone come across this or had experience with this?
