Hi.
Has anyone successfully used the BA free internal flights in Japan promo? The T&C amd booking process are especially unhelpful.

No such luck for me either. I called Japan Airlines for clarification and they said they didn’t know about this and could only suggest the JAL explorer programme for internal flights. They couldn’t help otherwise besides suggesting I contact BA. I contacted BA and they agent said they would look into this for me, but then I got cut off after about 15 minutes. Not helpful at all.
They have said that the back end team have been notified and they should get it fixed within 7-10 working days
Same here – takes me to a JAL page and when I enter my desired round trip it produces an error code about being in the wrong country to book an internal round trip. Anyone else any luck?
Also tried, doesn’t work. Wonder if it would stack with redemptions, though I highly doubt it.

This was from BA – tried again today. No change.
I just received this response from BA and I have replied with the details of the campaign neither they or JAL seem to know about…

When I clicked it took mt to a BA booking pagefor Akita, but then I found LHR-FRA-TYO – second leg in JAL – for just £2k in April.
So they have now updated the wording of the promo on the website to say you have add the internal leg when booking your international return. Completely different to how they instructed on the offer previously. I have asked for clarification as I’ve already booked the LON>TOK>LON part of my trip.
