I know that you can book a ba holiday, pay the deposit and then email/call and use your evoucher to pay for the rest of the booking.

What happens if your booking is for the next few weeks and you have to pay for the whole lot upfront? Can you call/email to apply the evoucher and get refund of the cash used on the booking?

Apologies if this has been asked already, I did go back a few pages in this sub but didn’t find anything

You’ll have to call to book unfortunately.

“You can use an eVoucher to pay for flights. You can’t currently use it to pay for a BA Holidays booking online or extras, such as seating or baggage.”

Thanks. Decided to just book a few weeks further out so I could book it online.

Could someone let me know the email address used to get evoucher applied to a ba holiday booking?

    I used baholidays.contactcentre@ba.com

Forward your evoucher email(s) to that email address, along with details of your new BA Holidays booking reference etc.

My BA Holiday voucher issued a couple of weeks ago states:

“When you are ready to redeem your voucher, you can choose to rebook on our website or by phone:

To book on ba.com, complete payment with a credit or debit card as usual. Then simply reply to this email with your new booking reference and we will apply your voucher as follows:
o If you have paid a deposit towards your new booking, we will credit your voucher against the outstanding balance, reducing the amount left to pay; or
o If you have paid for your booking in full, we will arrange a refund of the voucher value.
    · Alternatively, our contact centre can redeem your voucher as immediate payment for your new booking made by phone. You can find our contact details here.”

Thanks @FFoxSake. I emailed on Monday and they still had not picked it up by 4pm today and my booking needed to be paid by Friday so I gave in and called. Took around 1h30m on hold and then around 20m to get it all sorted.

Glad I don’t have anymore vouchers to use.
