Hello and merry Xmas everyone!
I have a flight and car BA holiday booked and fully paid.
One of the passengers cannot make it. BA says a change of name is £100 … but will this also include new repricing of the fare for the new person? (They don’t make that very clear)
They mention a cancellation is £100pp but I don’t see why I would pay this (it is a flight LGW-GVA in economy, I don’t think paying £100 will refund taxes and fees).
Thanks for your help.
You would only pay the name change fee.
As all the other details of the trip appear to remain as they are there will be no reprice.
