    Hi does anyone have an email address for BA holidays to send a post travel complaint to , it’s regarding flight canx and also hotel & transfer issues .

    Good luck getting a response from that. I did have success after a lot of persistence with the online chat, trying to call on the phone is hopeless as you just get cut off (I suspect you already found out).

    However you do need a specific option on the chat or you get routed to the wrong team (you need the holidays team). To do this:

    Select Holiday Bookings” from the initial menu in Live Chat
    then type “speak to an agent”.
    Was prompted initially for details, which I entered.
    Got the usual message that no agents available, can I help with anything else. Repeated “speak to an agent” about 20 times and eventually I got someone who was actually helpful and resolved my problem.

    The duty office is NOT for post travel complaints so stop giving it out.

    It’s to assist people who are away and need help with their flight, hotel and car bookings.

    Flooding it with other issues isn’t going to help the people who need real help.

    There is a webform for this sort of post travel issue.

    I’m happy to use and give out that email address as I loathe BA’s approach to communicating with customers, their lies when it comes to their obligations and customers legal rights, and their underhand tactics to avoid paying out to customers.

    It’s also no my problem if that increases your (or your friends/family’s) workload.

    It’s probably just my perception, but your comments often make me think you are Sean Doyle or Mr BA. Perhaps you should spend your time and effort lobbying for change internally rather than trying to shape BA’s incoming communication traffic to suit you.

    Also, it’s notable that you didn’t even bother to post a link to the web form that you want people to use.

    Yeah try and attack me for being Sean Doyle. Load of nonsense and not true.

    I’m just an ordinary passenger with no other connection to BA than that. I know a couple of cabin crew that I haven’t see in months but know no one else who works for BA or even IAG.

    And I couldn’t post a link because I’m on my phone but I will if it’s that important to you when I get home this evening, but the form is easily found online.

    If you loath BA so much then why do you so much time commenting on them?

    Clogging up emails is not the way to get improvement. Your just making some call centre / back office staff members life even harder.
